Shisha Shotta started with a simple idea: make authentic European shisha flavours easier to get hold of in the UK, without compromising on where they come from or how they’re handled.
We’re a small operation run by people who actually know the products we sell.
AUTHENTIC MEANS AUTHENTIC.
A big part of what we do is sourcing genuine German and European-market flavours.
Our products are sourced from within the EU, with authenticity and provenance taken seriously.
If we can’t source something properly, we’d rather not stock it.

SMALL BATCH. FRESHLY PACKED.
Some customers don’t need a full-size pack. That’s why selected flavours are available in smaller 200g packs.
These are repacked by us on-site in controlled batches, generally once per week, rather than having large quantities sitting pre-packed for extended periods.
It takes us a little more work, but it means we’re able to keep stock moving and maintain the product as well as possible before it reaches you.

LIMITED STOCK. ON PURPOSE.
We’re not sitting on a warehouse containing thousands of every flavour.
Some products sell out. Some are difficult to source. Some may disappear for a while before coming back.
That’s part of dealing with imported products. We’d rather carry a smaller selection of stock we’re confident in than fill the website with products simply for the sake of looking bigger.
When it’s available, it’s available.

LOUNGES & RESELLERS COME FIRST.
Shisha Shotta supplies individual customers, but we also work closely with lounges, trade customers and approved resellers.
These are businesses that depend on having the right flavours available week after week, so we try to look after them.
Certain stock may therefore be reserved or prioritised for our regular trade customers when availability is particularly limited.
If you operate a lounge or resell shisha products, you can apply for a Shisha Shotta Trade Account for access to trade pricing and larger quantities where available.
