Trade account guide
All newly approved trade accounts require a minimum first order of £250. This applies to shisha lounges, cafés and approved resellers.
The £250 minimum applies specifically to your first wholesale order. Subsequent orders can be placed according to the trade account requirements at the time.
Wholesale prices are not publicly displayed. Once logged in, eligible products will show approved trade pricing based on brand, product and availability.
We may request business information to confirm you operate a genuine business. We reserve the right to approve or decline trade applications.
Many of our products are imported from within the EU and availability can change without notice. If it is available, it is available. If it is gone, it may not return until we can source it again.
We focus on sourcing genuine European-market products and selected products may be restocked by Shisha Shotta in controlled batches.
Approved resellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the storage, marketing and resale of products they purchase.
Trade purchases should be made carefully. Returns are only accepted where goods are genuinely damaged, incorrect or subject to applicable legal rights. Contact us promptly if an issue occurs.
